Call for Proposals: Cooperation Grants Programme - Youth

Solvere invites all interested organizations to discover the details of the new Cooperation Grants Programme, an exceptional opportunity to implement collaborative projects that promote development and social inclusion. This funding program, launched by the AU-EU Youth Cooperation Hub, aims to support initiatives addressing global challenges through participatory and innovative approaches.

Program Objectives

The Cooperation Grants Programme is designed to:

  • Foster international cooperation: Strengthen relationships between organizations from different countries to address common challenges.

  • Promote youth inclusion: Encourage active participation of young people in social and cultural initiatives.

  • Advance sustainable development: Support projects contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through concrete and replicable actions.

Who Can Apply

The call is open to:

  • Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), associations, and registered youth groups.

  • Entities operating in partnerships between Africa and the European Union.

  • Projects involving at least two organizations from different countries, including one from Africa and one from the EU.

Priority Areas

This call focuses on four key areas:

  1. Social Inclusion: Projects improving the living conditions of vulnerable communities, especially youth and women.

  2. Innovation and Technology: Initiatives leveraging digital solutions to address local and global challenges.

  3. Climate Change: Projects promoting sustainable practices and environmental awareness.

  4. Education and Skills: Activities enhancing youth competencies, preparing the next generation for the global job market.

Funding Details

Each selected project can receive funding for 50.000 euros. Proposals must outline a clear implementation strategy and a sustainability plan beyond the funding period.

Deadlines and Application Process

Interested organizations must submit a preliminary application by March 16, 2025. Shortlisted projects will be invited to submit a detailed proposal.
